
Nancy Sevo began her professional career as a clinical sciences researcher at Tulane University Medical School after earning a degree in speech therapy and audiology from Louisiana State University. She later transitioned into the commercial real estate industry in Denver, where she held a real estate license in Colorado for 23 years and earned the prestigious CCIM designation, recognizing her expertise in commercial investment real estate.
Nancy’s passion for service is reflected in her deep commitment to the philanthropic community. She has served as a consultant to the Global Down Syndrome Foundation, held a seat on the Board of Governors for the Denver Zoo, and currently serves as a committee chair for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Memories in the Making program in Denver.
Outside of her professional and charitable work, Nancy is an avid golfer, bridge player, and water sports enthusiast. She and her husband, John, are the proud parents of two daughters and grandparents to four grandchildren.
