
Diane Snively is a lifelong educator and advocate, with a professional background in special education, having taught students from Kindergarten through 12th grade with physical, academic, and emotional challenges in both Indiana and Missouri. She holds a Master of Science in Education and spent over two decades developing and directing the Right S.T.A.R.T. Program—a pro-life educational initiative she co-authored and taught from 1997 to 2018.
Diane has long been deeply committed to pro-life and Catholic ministry, especially within the Archdiocese of St. Louis. She has served on the Roman Catholic Foundation of Eastern Missouri Board, the Legatus Board (where she is Program Chair), and the Board of Cabrini Academy, an inner-city archdiocesan school that serves children from 16 different countries. Her parish involvement at Incarnate Word in Chesterfield includes numerous leadership roles, and she is actively engaged in Life Teen and FOCUS ministries. Her contributions to the Church have been recognized with the St. Louis the King Award, the highest honor given to a layperson in the Archdiocese, and the Cardinal Carberry Award for her outstanding dedication to the Respect Life Apostolate.
Originally from Florissant, Missouri, Diane has been married to her husband, Dave, for 48 years. They have three children and seven grandchildren, and together they remain passionate about faith, family, and the dignity of every human life.
