OVERVIEW:

Whether you’re looking for a way to jumpstart your faith, to take your faith to a new level, or to share a life-changing experience with other college students like yourself, you have come to the right place!

The Augustine Institute College Student Summit is at once a summer course in Catholic worldview, a leadership camp, and a spiritual retreat. Top Catholic scholars and leaders including Dr. Tim Gray, Dr. Edward Sri, and Curtis Martin will provide each student with intellectual formation, character development, and spiritual enrichment that will add depth, breadth, and excitement to one’s Catholic faith. Plus, with ample time to hike in the Rocky Mountains, to relax around the fire, and to develop faith-based friendships with other young, aspiring Catholic leaders, the Summit is a fun adventure and a great way to kick off the summer. This year’s Summit will be held May 16th–21st at St. Malo’s in Estes Park, Colorado.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Intellectual formation and virtue development in the areas of Catholic worldview, evangelization, theology of the body, combating relativism, and current political and social issues
• Spiritual enrichment through daily prayer and Mass, spiritual talks, character-formation small groups, and rosary walks along "The JPII Hike"
• Fellowship and adventure in the Rocky Mountains: Stay at St. Malo retreat center where JPII visited when he came to Colorado; forge faith-based friendships with other young, aspiring Catholic leaders from across the country; hike and raft in the beautiful Rocky Mountains; enjoy game nights, songs around the fire, and the company of new friends.
