AccreditationThe Augustine Institute is authorized by the State of Colorado as a degree-granting institution. In addition to this authorization, the Augustine Institute is also pursuing accreditation with a CHEA-approved accrediting body. Accreditation is an institutional priority for us and we are working as quickly as possible to achieve this important milestone. We cannot forecast exactly when we will receive accreditation, but we plan to announce our steps of progress toward this goal. Our program already enjoys a very good reputation. Some students have gone on for doctoral study and our graduates have been quite successful finding employment at the diocesan and parish level. We are also very grateful for our Episcopal Advisory Board, which is comprised of 24 Bishops, Archbishops, and Cardinals from throughout the country and Rome. |
